This Intensive focuses on Character & International dance technique coupled with dance pieces adapted from classical ballets (such as Spanish from ” Swan lake ” or “Drum dance” from La Bayadera ). The intensive is instructed by our Master Instructors in Ballet, Character and World Dance Techniques.

Students start their day with Ballet class or Stretch and Conditioning class, followed by Pointe and Partnering. The Character technique class will close the first half of the day with a lunch hour to follow.

The Second half of the day will contain specialty classes such as Flamenco, Latin Fusion,Contemporary African, Tango, Indian,Irish and many others followed by performance studies.

Students are encouraged to register for the full three weeks to participate in a professionally produced theater performance on the last day of the program.
This program is designed to provide students an opportunity to broaden their knowledge of dance styles to become more competitive in the dance world. The students will learn how to deliver a story thru dance and and get to experience the joy of live performance as well as learn history of International dance and music.
